Can be a real bÂ£$%^&*. I have a problem every 12 months or so, fortunately for me I can trot along to the local osteopath who beats me up and then I'm ok for another year. Always found it almost impossible to make a non backache person understand how painful and inconvenient it can be, arse sticks out, waddle like a freakin duck, drag one leg and dont turn quickly at any cost. Any of this sound familiar????
