Anybody else having problems getting their garmin satnavs `found` by garmins express service?
I,ve down loaded the express, plug in and usb drivers but now when my 660 is connected by usb the express software cant find 660 so no updates.
Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to sort it
Have tried to contact Garmin but they`re permanently busy and now there seems to be a problem with their email system

A few posts about just this problem posted yesterday or so over on the GS site. I'll go have a look to find a link for ya.

but I updated my 550 last week....and I ended up back at home

it's usually the coonts programming them that's got no idea

Looks like the problem was a corrupt sd card that i used all last year with absolute no problem, removed said card and everything worked, connected and updated.
But as a sidebit Garmins new map of Europe is now too large for the internal memory but you can update just certain areas and then do the rest later when reqd.

Glad ya sorted. That link I was on about...T'int on the GS site ( although it's a fantastic Section to browse around)..the thread I was on about is over on th Dark Side if ya interested.
