getting ready for a trip to Spain in a couple of weeks time..on the xx... so
phoned AA... am i covered... "no sir.. that'll be an extra 160squid"... told em to fekorrffff... :banghead)
does any one know of an alternative for breakdown/recovery in a foreign land...???

Most breakdown policies don't cover bikes any more than 13 years old :(
So basically you are bollixed unless you pay an extortionate premium duh

it was an age issue with the friggin AA....told em the bike is presteeeen... and it's a huuudaaahhh....vereeereeelyable... :mrgreen:
bastids took no notice... duh

insurance policy covers accident recovery but not breakdown... don't think i'll bovver with breakdown :rolleyes:
after all.. it's a huuunndaaahh... lol

If you have a BT land line you can use you phone over the internet through your landline.calling plan ie you would pay the same as if you were making the call from your home phone. Internet access is also free at any of the FON hotspots.

2 days before return ferry.... dropped the thing in a gravel car park...xx has a few scratches and an indicator out
me... ended up in hospital... torn all the ligaments in my left thigh ... strapped up and drugged up so i could get home

bruised from knee to bum...black... not a pretty sight

not home yet... will be weekend before i can get to my puter... on a loaner at the moment
