Today ,I havnt been out for weeks because of work so put the linings in the jacket and trouses filled the girl up and met up with 21 others ( didn't think there would be that many out but hay , we don't sorn our bikes down here

Going through a brief of where we going and watch out for leaves on the road , I started wondering how the Avons would hold up , well they were great felt solid and safe ,

We did about 150 miles in fair weather going up as far north as Stamford taking in Ely on mostly B roads back doŵn to the B600 with very little traffic a great day was had

Only Down side my mate is selling his 07 Bird to go down the zzr1400 route

Nice one Simmo! I decided to brave the strong winds oop North, and was rewarded after a shortish run with my Bike being blown over on it's right side whilst parked at The Honda dealership new footpeg required, and a paint job for the side fairing

Nowt wrong with Avons pal, got them on the TDM and Bird, rock solid... just comming up to 6k on the TDM and they have at least another thou on them..

Both rear and front wearing equal this time tho..... normally get two rears to one front in the past ... Improved them yet again with the new generation
