Well, it's not brand new - 1998 in fact, so contemporary with the 'Bird.
It's a Fendt 395GT, the largest of the so called 'Tool Carriers', that were produced between 1989 and '98. The name is a description of it's ability to carry implements at the front, middle, and more traditional rear. Let's make this very clear - the name is no reflection of the owner/driver

I bought it to run a 3m grass mower/topper that my previous 75 hp Massey was struggling with. Specifically, I chose it for the front hydraulic linkage arms and pto, which are only now becoming common on newer larger machines. With the 30-70% front/rear weight distribution, the outfit will be perfectly balanced with the topper on the front.
So you see, all my tractor gazing in Austria was not in vain.
