yer all daft you lot.... it's a motorcycle day riding lamp circa 1978 invented by me whilst motorcycle marketing manager at Lucas
before the days of LED's...etc.... DRL's are now all the rage and selling like hot cakes
....motorcycleists have seen the light..at last (and so are the cages...at last)
my version is now very old fashioned but with a LED installed it does the conspicuety job for which it was intended...

it helps to keep me alive... and as you know.... every little helps....

had a 40 mile ride down the M5 at rush our (dark) tonight in driving sleet and snow.... fek... ... not nice

kit worked though... dry as a bone and as warm as toast....




didn't intend leaving the trip that late but had to wait an hour for the AA....
closed top box wi keys inside....

when he did turn up it only took him 3 minutes to return my keys for me.... very nice man...

mustav put salt on the roads....bike is white.... white i tell you...

well it was...washed it off... muck off and frozen watter...
put muck off on but couldn't hose it off till hosepipe thawed about 4 hours later.... (karchers don't like frozen watter)
