Well Les and Sue are ok, as they are soon heading back up Spain possibly to somewhere close to Beni, but we are wending our way back in about 10 days time.. The couple of months here just seems to fly by

Good riding all over Spain AJ
We have been coming down to Zahora for the past several years, to a site called Pinar San Jose ( google it ) .. Currently site fees for two months works out to about 305 € and that includes 10 units of electric a day ( we use about 7 as a guide ) and as much wifi as you can eat.
Big Brit presence here and a lot going on .. At least a couple of times a week there is a band somewhere within walking distance, the bar is cheap, the grub excellent, the pitches massive.

No bike this year.. We dragged the Smartie down instead.. but have now sussed out it is actually cheaper to rent a car than tow it when you include extra ferry costs and fuel.
Shop around.. At Jerez airport they are renting out cars for 60 € A MONTH during the winter months

Left Beni about 3weeks ago and and decided to wend my way down to Cadiz where I accidentally ended up on the same site as my bestist mate John

Spent the day in Cadiz today, but no where near enough time to see everything.
23c today and some of the locals still had there winter coats on fook they must be cold blooded.

Without a doubt my biggest mistake was not bringing the Bird down. Some absolutely cracking roads reminded me a lot of the Scotland trip last year, every time you go round a bend or over the crest of a hill a fabulous new vista greats you.
I have even seriously thought about getting a "bucket" flight home and bringing the bird down here.

Won't make the same mistake again

Oh, and Akujikoo you'd be completely fooked over here for turning yer bike round

yes... discovered last sept/oct that spain was an undiscovered wonderland place to ride a bike....not many peeps know that...
once ridden a yearning takes over to do it again...

need to get a trailer....
