What a fekkin waste of a glorious day thanks to them cnuts at the Metrro Metiirrrol, Big Weather Place down South. All week its been nailed on for the arrival of rain by Friday followed by heeeeeavy rain over the weekend with temps divjng and sleet/snow by next Weds or Thurs.
With that very confident prediction I didn't contemplate a ride and fulfilled my many duties at home, earning lots and lots of Brownie points. This included, as well as my cleaning and hoovering and washing tasks, assisting my daughter by proof reading her finals dissertation in sexual and social repression of women as represented by the literature of Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre.

Fekkin wunderfekkinful as thd sun has beaten down all bloody day.

What a bloody waste if riding weather its been today !

An added Brownie Big Bonus Bonanza was me remembering our Wedding Anniversary yesterday and SWMBO NOT. That is going to get me a big payback so all is not lost.

Didn't look at weather forecasts, out in glorious sunshine on Saturday evening, the Langholm hills were stunning, made even better by the sighting of a male "Hen Harrier" over the tops to Newcastleton, then out on Sunday to St Mary's loch, Selkirk, Hawick, and experienced some , sleet, and rain....proper biking!!!!!!!
