Your right pal sorry about the shite. If you look at the previous 3 or 4 threads for the borders ride outs
youll see that all of them end up with the same shite, usually kicks off on or just after I ask
for a change of venue.. :oops) :mrgreen:




Brother in law had a new knee last month and hes bombing about like a good un ..

he says the trick is not to skimp on the bending exercises straight after which a lot do, hurts a bit (ahem) at the time
but it will hurt more later if you dont do them...
