Dunno why ya got this bee in ya bonnet about this Blackbird Extravaganza being all embracing Dave. Ya seem to be guilding the owd lily a bit for some reason. Its a ride/gathering organised by some peeps on Facebook end of. Fook all to do with The Dark Side, here or anywhere else whether peeps from either place attend or not.

Mike White and Ian Russell are the organisers.

Mike's one of the very few folk "over there" who actually rides his bike with any degree of frequency.

Birds over North Wales 2016
Following on form the success of this years Easter(ish) outing Ian and myself are pleased to say we are repeating the experience next year on the weekend of 23rd/24th april with a few of us turning up at hotels in Llangollen from the Fri evening

The rideout will be broadly the same as last years but taking in a loop around Lake Vrynwy we had to miss as some people forgot to fuel up before leaving, a different route out of Barmouth, slight change through Ffestiniog and then a nicer run back to the Ponderosa via Ruthin

The plan is to leave the Ponderosa at 11:00 sharp on the saturday

Lets see if we can beat last years total of 22 Birds

I shall be going to Wales that weekend if you make me choose , because I met some some good folk from the obash and it will be the only chance Ill get next year to meet up with them again ... whether its an run, facebook run or a Bird run ... its still a fuggin run .... AGAIN WHY THAT WEEKEND

Ive done with this now, because its too sad to laugh at anymore ... If you sort a run out away from that weekend Ill gladly come but if you dont as Ive said, Ill sort one for us others that cant make that weekend ...

Ive put your Lily down Tim, just answer me one thing will you...

All summer you've been telling folks that you can't commit to rides or anything unless its within a few days max,
due to one reason or another which is fair enough...

so how come you can commit to a specific weekend Five months away all of a sudden ??? but cant say why it has to be that weekend ????


Dose'nt matter how many itinerary,s get put up it will still have to be done your way as always ...
