A Bright Sunny day and I feel like crap when I should be out on the bike , me heads thumping, nose running Arsenal running and no work what a lovely day though

Had about five hours out n about on the bike visiting a few mates and errands etc etc

Enjoyed it too, got back just as it was getting dark and dropping tooo cold :mrgreen:

when you go in for the op pal, have you had a date yet ??

January 18th mate gonna have a Osteotomy and a Arthroscopy and 2 months of work , he won't give me a new knee yet as I'm a rufty toughty builder who needs to kneel down and I'm on the young side :thumbsup)
