A Bright Sunny day and I feel like crap when I should be out on the bike , me heads thumping, nose running Arsenal running and no work what a lovely day though

No sympathies ya dirty stop out

Had about five hours out n about on the bike visiting a few mates and errands etc etc

Enjoyed it too, got back just as it was getting dark and dropping tooo cold

when you go in for the op pal, have you had a date yet ??

January 18th mate gonna have a Osteotomy and a Arthroscopy and 2 months of work , he won't give me a new knee yet as I'm a rufty toughty builder who needs to kneel down and I'm on the young side
