Thanks for reply pal, I clear history, cache, cookies on a regular basis not cured it yet m8

Ive found your link while searching, the clean reinstall reads complicated pal... Ive actually done a total reinstall which made
no difference so I will re-read the thread and try that..

got to be a common website as its now on all three of my machines :banghead)

Try ripping out Firefox altogether - get rid of any saved settings, too - and download
the latest version from Firefox-dot-com to make sure so you're starting afresh...
...if you haven't already done so.

It's a virus Dave, but it can be removed. Have a look here?

Eliminate the impossible. Whatever remains, however improbable, must be the part you forgot to service.

Thanks Mick, I downloaded the spyhunter and run a scan for 3 hours :P

then said I had to pay $25 a month before it will clean so Im giving the other cleaners a go now.

The only thing that I have in common with my other machines is the Thunderbird email program which Ive been using since 'Live Mail' has stopped being supported....
and doing the normal updates, windows, java etc but they have been installed for months now so as yet im ferked if i know where its come from :banghead)
ill let you know what I find mate :thumbsup)

Hi Oldbull, You might like to try "Spybot, search & destroy". The basic version is free. & its helped me get rid of unwanted Trojans etc. on more than one occasion. You may also like to try a program called " C C Cleaner ". It will clean the registry on your Laptop or P.C. Hope this helps, regards, Sircular.
