Best Bike Tracker

Postby Dark Angel » Tue Jun 28, 2016 2:56 pm

Got back from hols. to hear reports of intruders burglarising outbuildings and generally nosing around. :-?

We're out on the moors and not used to this kinda thing so I'm looking for advice on the best GPS tracking device/service.

Any info. chaps? 8)

If somebody stole, rode it to within an inch of it's life, then stuffed it into the scenery at high speed would you really it it back??

Hi Mr dark angel, If you havn`t already got "Alpha Dot" or "Smart water" on your xx , might be worthwhile getting either on your bike. Have a look online, or ask your nearest bike shop about them. My xx came with "Smart water" .All I had to do was call the guys @ "Smart water" & pay a small fee,( I think it was about a tenner) to get it transferred over to me. If you`re looking for an electronic tracking device :- Sorry, cant help you there.(Havn`t gone down that particular road) But, I suggest calling that bike shop and asking them for advice. Or again , look online. Or as a last resort, you could go to, or call, your local cop shop, for advice on a tracking device for bikes. (They must have experience with recovering stolen bikes ?) Hope this helps, regards, Sircular :thumbsup)
