Got this email and I am hoping one or more of you may be able to answer the questions within xx

I am looking for the honda factory in japan's E-Mail address for there
parts department.
I want the parts number ranges for the ECU of the Blackbird from the
first fuel injection model in 1999 to 2001.
I bought a 2000 bird accident damage,the speedo's and front of bike
were badly damage, after I replaced and rebuild the bike,I found the
ECU is faulty. The HISS system led do not come on and I cannot start
the bike.I have both key's for the bike, but no joy.So now I want to by
a 1999 model ecu that has not got the HISS system, but I am looking for
the part number range of the 1999 models before they got the HISS
system.
Do you no of someone thats got a second hand ECU.
Thanks
