Pinlock anyone ?

Postby Sircular » Sat Dec 17, 2016 1:25 am

Hi peeps, Anybody know if there`s a pinlock visor insert kit available for my "Caberg Justissimo" helmet ? If there is :- where might I get one ? `Cause the washing up liquid`s not working too good in this shi* weather. OR, anyone using the "Oxford Fog City" insert, give me their opinion on it. Thanks, kind regards, Sircular.

Hi Len. Give Racevisors a try for starters. Yhey do have the complete visor with pinlock fitted for 57 quid although I cant seem to see the actual pinlock shield on its own available. Other than than, mebbe try Helmet City.

Thanks to all for your (Helpful ?) comments. Thought I`d give you a "Heads up" :- Went to "Race visors" (on-line) for a Justissimo visor with Pinlock fitted, they can supply me one, but they`re currently out of stock, Race visors will inform me when they`re available. Cost = £57.98.(Bargain) Also, been in touch with Pinlock. They don`t do an insert for the Justissimo !! When I asked Race visors about this, they informed me they use a generic Pinlock insert, which will fit the Justissimo visor. (and others). Apparently, their "in house" pinlock specialist does the fitting. Result ! Anyway, Have a happy new year ! Regards, Sircular. :-D (Where`s the "Thumbs up" smilie gone ?)

Hi guys, had my Pinlock visor a couple of months now, & all I can say is " why didn't I get one ages ago" . what a great piece of kit. No more misting up in this damp weather. And quieter, less wind noise with the visor fully closed. And with using "Rain X" on the outside, visibility is greatly improved. = one happy bunny. Thanks again, regards, Sircular.
