Meyunt Missis started with lunch at the Lantern O’er Lune Café Bistro at Glasson Docks – we’ve been there before...



Just to give you some idea of the quality food they serve: we walked in and ordered a Game Burger with Chips and a
Tuna Salad sarnie for Mrs DA. “It will take forty-five minutes to prepare your meal – do you want to wait?” “Oh, yes please,
we’ll have a pot of tea while we wait.”



Everything is fresh – and everything is freshly prepared and cooked from start to finish. Well worth the wait –
and it arrived in twenty minutes in any case!



Then, off to the Lakes and back overt tops to Goosnargh and home – a bit of M-way on the way out and a bit on the way back,
the rest on country roads and lanes, rarely above 50 mph.

English bus pass an't valid in Spain.
Twatts, just cos we're leaving Europe.
so to show the bastid I got a bus tkt to Valencia then ran off without riding on it.
That'll teach the foreign coonts.

Spooky as fook. Called in to Kostas at Matlock earlier after a lovely little afternoon bimble in the south of the peak District and amongst all the bbikermates milling about was a noticeably fugly coont. I immediately thought to messen "wonder how akuji is......Haven't seen him for yonks?"

I suspect he's at Calais waiting for the chunnel and as today is the Bank Holiday homeward rush it'll take the thick tvat a fortnight to crawl home, by then his MOT will have run out and he'll get his collar felt hopefully
