Thermals, top and bottoms, thermal socks, two pairs, heated inner jacket, waterproofs, top and bottom, credit card, cheque card, AA recovery card, cash, spare gloves (Winter AND Summer), Ibuprofen tablets and gel, paracetamol, Polygrip, toothbrush and paste, deodorant, mobile phone, charger and cable, ipod, tablet, glasses, spare pair of glasses, foot cream, anusol cream, camera, Avon Skin So Soft insect repellant, wet wipes, 20 sheets of bog roll for one emergency shite or just a sweaty arse, visor cleaner, small tube of chain lube, Sena charger, spare Sena, Rennies, puncture repair kit, Sat Nav, backup paper maps, couple of pork pies, mustard, small knife and Brown Sauce....oh and evening wear!
