Should the penalty fit the crime accordingly?

Should the penalty flex according to the age and maturity of the said culprit?

You need to get a life mate cuz on a scale of 100 to zero of things to worry about in life I'd give it a minus 5 when you see stuff on the TV like Syrian babies/children/mothers/fathers being bombed with chemicals or people being burned alive in tower blocks. Bless you both. I wouldn't consciously ride without the necessary documents long term Mister Majestic but what I don't like about the OP is the Holier than Thou attitude AND the thinly disguised undercurrent of snitching. I find snitching more abhorrent than any f**king traffic misdemeanor. I'm a Manc originally and Mancs never ever f**king snitch or grass.
