I found myself today saying "Bob's your Uncle" - where on earth did that one come from?

Demontat do you use this one in the states too?

The one which always confuses me is:

I don't know whether I'm coming or going :? I'd just like to inform the person who originally said that that I ALWAYS know if I'm coming or going

And I never want to meet up with the guy who coined
