On checking recent posts, the time recorded is GMT + 4 1/2 hrs!!

Just a small insignificant query.
There is a statement at the foot of the page saying that all post timings are GMT + 4 hrs.
On checking recent posts, the time recorded is GMT + 4 1/2 hrs!!

Its up to you what timing you want on posts, go into your profile and there is a choice of what time YOU want it to show. Then it displays that time when you are logged in.
