He's had an accident RTA and has broken his leg, thats all as far as I know. He's been taken to Middlesborough hospital.

Perhaps you guys can get more info later, or know somebody that attended the scene and let me know more details.

Wishing you all the best CHEF.

Fingers crossed.......

Bollox man, hope you are not too bad. This has simply got to be the worst year in living memory for the amount of two wheelers biting the dust :banghead)

Still, look on the bright side, you could have done it in a car park full of bikers.......NB :bigcry:

Hawk it is absolutely essential that if you get any more info that you let us know. As you are probably we are real close to Middlesbrough, and obviously will assist with anything he needs including visits, if he's been kept in.

Please check your PM's from me.

I am so sorry this has happened, what a season riders are having!

Sorry to hear about your "off".

If it was going to happen at least it was at the start of the bad weather rather than at the beginning of the summer.

Hope you and the bike get bolted back together soon.

Just got more info from home.

He went to Manchester to price a job up with a mate, lorry pulled out onto a road, a car swerved to avoid lorry, and "the doors" went into the car. As Wobbs said BUT he's got a nasty bump on his head that they are really worried about, operating tomorrow.

Apparantly he was a lucky lad AND he got airlifted and was on the news LOL.

mmmmm fekkin hell, silly starts with a vengance.

Thank god he's still with us.

I'm gonna save me optimate jokes till later I think. :cry)

Leave that with me I'll find out, I think its Middlesborough, but prolly more than one.

He has just had his operation tonight and apparantly is well, just in and out of conciousness.

They did an exploratory for a pain in his neck!! ?? did soemthing to his stomach?? clean up or something (will let you know) and sorted out his broken bones, leg, tib and fib.

Its not too clear exactly what happened but there was a car on fire on the side of the road, a car then lost control trying to avoid the vehicle on fire, then "The Doors" hit the car, police are saying it was Doors fault but a witness is saying its more like the car drivers fault!!?????

When I speak to his mum t'murra I'll let you know more.

His bike is definitely a write off.

Sorry to be vague but this news is coming via a mobile whilst I was driving, so sorry about the vagueness.

Keep it upright.
