They're 4 different sizes you need 2" bar for the two larger ones and 1 3/4" for the two smaller.
The part that goes into the frame are all 15mm long, the heads are 4mm thick
RH large- 42mm dia with 30mm hole in back 5mm deep. 49mm head
RH small- 36mm dia with 20mm hole in back 5mm deep. 43mm head
LH large- initial 42 dia then turn down a 5 degree taper from end to base of top. 30mm hole 13mm deep. 49mm head
LH small- initial 33 dia then turn down a 5 degree taper from end to base of top. 20mm hole 5mm deep. 33mm head
30 degree taper on the heads,2mm deep grooves for O rings, polish the bastards up and there you have it

Nearly forgot... those are the standard measurements I use to make sure they fit in the holes without catching the metal, frames holes can vary by up to a mm so you may have to use different O rings/PTFE tape etc if they are too slack or tight on your bike.
