Tragic news from BIRD

Postby Ladybird » Wed Nov 19, 2003 9:19 pm

Have just picked this up via the American XX site. Mark a Bird member from Oman has been killed whilst believed riding his bird.

Our thoughts are with his family right now. Deepest sympathy to Marks family and his Bird site buddies.

Tragic, R.I.P Mark :(

Although I never knew Mark, it sent a shiver down my spine reading about this. I have the deepest sympathy for his family and friends. R.I.P. Mark.

A bit close to home - 2, for me.

I have driven a few cars in Oman but never a bike, although I did know a few desert riders, I never met Mark.

Deep personal sympathy to his family and friends.

"Come to the edge He said
They said: We are afraid.
Come to the edge He said.
They came. He pushed them, and they flew...."

God Bless you on your Journey Mark.
