I'll be working all the way through except for the bank hols and weekends but as Rosie has just bought me some laminate flooring, I think she's got me pencilled in for some DIY on my days off. If I get a chance though (and a bit of spare cash) I'll give ya a shout if I can get out

Don't do it dude, just spent 4 fooking days doing our living room in the poxy stuff, got to spend the next don't know how many years making sure it dont get fookin scratched to pieces. And all because she couldn't find a carpet that would "go" with the rest of the room FFS :banghead)

No BH - decorating is womens work - DIY is the blokes job, along with putting petrol in the fookin car and paying for the road tax, insurance, tyres, servicing etc. etc. :banghead)

Well we (Deano and I) start our holidays tomorrow 19/12 and don't return until 5/1 :-)

With Deano changing his job this year it'll be the first Christmas that we'll have had together with neither him or I working shifts for 20 years. 2 full weeks together - lock the doors unplug the phone and enjoy

well maybe some of the time...but we're also hoping to get some miles under our belts too....as long as the weather holds up. Just now returned home it looks like it's snowed outside, fluffy white stuff all over the roads. It's bloody freezing. Never mind, open fire crackling and bikes all tucked up nice and warm in the living room. We went for a ride on Sunday to Redcar, just a small jaunt....Deano wanted to buy me an ice-cream, which of course I refused... didn't want to be any colder - god how I hate winter. But looking on the bright side the shortest day is on the 21st

Didn't go to Squires numb nuts - just went for a blast locally

Was going to head over to see Wobs, but didn't have enough petrol to get back again :bigcry:

It was a bit windy though eh lad

Take care if heading between Bawtry and Gainsborough cuz they've just put some new speed cameras up last week - dunno what kind they are cuz I haven't headed over there yet, but I'll let you know when I find out - bastids, that's a fookin good biking road :banghead)
