In preparation for playing around with the 'Bird, I'm looking at getting a pair of paddock stands.
Any recommendations as to make and model would be greatly appreciated....

Have a set of Motrax stands...
£50 for the pair... Well built & not let me down yet (even with heavy use of big hammer to change brake pads)
Best of luck MM.

one of the best stands you can get are ABBA (fook off with the bjorn jokes everyone before you start
), they are so well built they will last you forever and if you change the bike just get different size spindles.
The ABBA stand lifts the bike using the swingarm mounting holes so there is no chance of scratching that lovely mirror polished swingarm

Very nice YO...
But how do you change the front wheel with it in that ?????
And how do you get the back one on ???
Also, handy lifting handles for the thieving tvats over here...
Think I will stick to my paddock stands...
Cheers,
Rolfy

That's like the locks they tie the bikes into when you go on Steam Packet ferries to the Isle of man
