Fuel prices in France

Am I better off filling up in France ?

it is cheaper ?

Going monday @ oh my god its early,

Told there is a petrol station just as you come out of the Tunnel

Yeah it's cheaper. Cost be about £18 for a full tank here and about 18 Euros over there.

well will be in the Chuff Bus with her indoors +4 ,so should save a lot per tank then

t's a bit cheaper in france but not as cheap as it used to be, and yes there is filling station as you come off the train can't miss it, filled up there myself last month. Oh and don't forget on sunday's it can be hard to find petrol stations sometimes, don't ask me how i know this.

In addition use the "Sans Plomb" stuff as the normal unleaded can be full of contaminates :banghead)
Keep the black bits down, and the shiny bits up!

Sans Plomb is fookin unleaded :roll)

Chuff - get well away from the motorways if you wanna save wonga on fuel and use the Supermarkets :wink)

cheers taz, will be filling upat the tunnel exit, shoul dget there n back on one tank, rest of time i will be using the FREE bus. :mrgreen:

As I recall the petrol just outside the tunnel wasn't much cheaper than the UK

No it isn't and yes the supermarkets even the small ones are cheaper
