Blackbird a la Creuse

Postby Darkmetal » Sat Jul 29, 2006 5:56 pm

B&B and Campsite set in the heart of rural France. Le Chardon Ecossais will have 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which will sleep 4 each, and a 30 pitch campsite complete with the usual facilities and of course a pool! We also have plenty of garage space for bikes and equipment. We will be open next Easter.
This area is perfect for bikes. Its only a 6 hour relaxing run from the channel ports and the surrounding area has plenty of great meandering roads for ride outs with some long straights for a wee turn of speed. And of course we get great weather. July has been averaging 37 degrees.
As lifetime bikers ourselves, we want to welcome fellow Blackbird owners and plan to offer discounts. In fact we would like to have a "Grand Blackbird Rendez-vous" next year and wonder what everyone else thinks and how many would be interested?
We would love to hear views on a "Rendez-vous" or if you want further information you can contact us on alexpritchard@wanadoo.fr or lynne.hunter@wanadoo.fr
P.S. Thanks for your prompt reply and help Ladybird. 8)
P.P.S. Website should be up and running in the next couple of months.
