tom tom rider important info!

just got me new holder arrive and the new rider to replace the one that flew off along the A40 is coming tomorrow
NOW... check your brackets :wink)
turn the bracket upside down and it gives the part number, made in china etc
NOW the model number..old one that fail are "tom tom rider holder"
part number 4K00.003

the new upgraded one should read.... "tom tom rider holder II"
part number 4K00.003.2
got both in me paws here so check it or loose your rider

top tip..dont enter the blackwall tunnel with 3m headroom when driving 3.02 height!!!!!!

Ye, one has a slight crack in it :P sorry, could resist :oops)

I'd still be using some kind of strap to tie the bugga down tho :wink)

seems the platic is a litle thicker and there is some stregthing fins on the back
spoke to them today as me new rider hasnt arrived and the guy let slip :-? .."yup were not making them anymore because of the bracket problems...see my new post! :mrgreen:
