Thinking of getting a Zumo and have been looking at the speed camera database.
Does anyone know how much the Garmin subscription is ? I believe you have to pay for each region which is anoying if only going abroad once a year.

I have also seen some web sites offering speed camera database in POI format. will this still give verbal warnings when approaching a camera site ?

Any help much apprciated :-)

I use this company http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.p ... er=SideBar read through the info. I did use there updates for Tom Tom as well as my Garmin. The Tom Tom gave voice recognition but with the Garmin being an old one it just has an overlay.
Cheap supscription and monthly updates :wink)

I had seen that site do you know if they cover France ? I could not find anything that confirms their coverage.

As I am thinking of the Zumo I asume that would give the verbal warnings as it has POI option like the Tomtom

Fook off AJ!!! twas me birfday yesterday and I may or may not have gotten pissed I just wish I could remember if I did or didn't. So if I did then I wasn't in any fit state to send you the said details.
At this moment in time I feel shite but don't know if thatâ€™s due to old age or consumption of said alcohol that i may or may not have drunk.
Sein a s you ain't going no where due to plastic surgery ( and fook knows yer needed it) then yer donâ€™t need the information anyway.
So ifin I can remember if if I was pissed and I ainâ€™t sayin I was or Is then I may or may not send you the info.
