Well guys and girls I am just about embark on buying my 3rd XX after nearly 4 years out of the saddle, can't wait to be honest. Anyway I can't remember which oil and grade to pop in, i know fully synth is out i used to use a Sikolene product but for the life of me can't remember what it was. Any ideas??

I use 10/40W semi synth and a trusted brand such as sikolene
All good

Any 10_ 40 semi synth will do ... Halfrauds call it there motorcycle oil but its all the same

Agree, any 10/40w semi gets bought, the cheapest on the day i buy it.
The bird is an old fashioned big grunt engine and not one of these finely tuned screaming moany bitchy bikes that are so delicate that they need a green smoothy and a hug before you ride it.
