Hi peeps, Has anyone installed a hazard light kit on their BB ? Just an idea I'm toying with. If so, where'd you get the kit, & did you use a bar mounted switch ? Did the kit come with clear instructions ? How easy/hard are they to fit ? Etc. Any help on this subject please. Thanks, regards, Sircular.

At the risk of upsetting Timifee

My Deauville is fitted with hazard warning lights and it's of the same era as the later blackbirds

And it's a HONDA

That looks interesting. h
However, theres a kit for LED lamps and theres a kit for ornery bulbs. My Bird has got ornery rear indicator lights and front LED indicators. :banghead)

I've fitted a small latching switch inside the r/hand switch unit. This puts a supply to an led compatible flasher unit. The output from this feeds two diodes(end opposite the white bar mark). The outputs from these are teed into the left and right flasher feeds. Hardest part of the job was fitting the switch and feeding the wires to it

This is the installation on my '03 BB. The left bar electrics are from the 1200 auto. I wanted the up/down gear switches and the hazard was a bonus. So based on that change the bar fitting for a model that has the Hazard switch.

Hi Mr FIREDRAGON. Firstly, what a great solution to my original post. Second, Sorry I haven`t replied earlier. OK, what I`d like to know is :- Which motorcycle did the l/h switch gear come from ? (What`s a 1200 Auto ?) Did you have to change any of the electrics/wiring, to get the desired "Hazard flashers" Thanks, kind regards, Sircular.
