Rear disc from what?

This pic is of the rear wheel on the W reg red Bird I've been tarting up for the last twenty years or so. It fits but as you can see from the next pic it just isn't the same as the disc off my carb Bird on the right of the pic, which I have now put on the Red Bird.

Anyone enlighten me?

Nowt out of the ordinary pal ones a OEM and the other is aftermarket... They do very from manufacturers... eg. Race discs will have less material again ie: wavey's etc..

Year I imagine so. However the OEM one covers the inside mounting face on the wheel whereas if you look on the first picture the metal face on the wheel is bare and looks shite.

I managed to crack the rear disc on mine
Being an old skinflint I had a pattern one fitted
As you say it left a gap between the wheel hub and the disc and looked awful..

I think thats what happened here. The previous owner and former Member Carl Douglas ( Yes really and no he didn't do kung fu)
initially had the rear brake binding on. This cracked the disc so it went to a Honda Dealer :banghead) who replaced it with this piece of shite and failed to sort the binding issue which was the brake secondary master cylinder on the left hand side of the front fork just above the brake caliper. It was seized solid.

To be fair the Honda dealer did not have the 2 and a half years you have taken to sort the problem out :moon)
