I think thats what happened here. The previous owner and former Member Carl Douglas ( Yes really and no he didn't do kung fu)
initially had the rear brake binding on. This cracked the disc so it went to a Honda Dealer who replaced it with this piece of shite and failed to sort the binding issue which was the brake secondary master cylinder on the left hand side of the front fork just above the brake caliper. It was seized solid.
