Chain adjusters?

Hi guys,
I need to replace my rear wheel/chain adjuster bolts.
Mine have seized up !
Are they both right hand thread, with one of the nuts being left hand thread ?
Or are the bolts, one right hand & the other left hand ?
(It's a right pain ,them being opposite thread !)
Any info' please.
