i have to loose some weight... 2 stone at least by October.. :shock)

Low carb diet pal. Atkins type of thing. I ditched 3 stone on 5 months. As with all diets, keeping it off is difficult but even that comes in time :mrgreen:

I'll see you at Easter to give a donation, but only if you actually lost some weight :wink) :mrgreen:
