Has anyone been to Duxford to see the SR71?
Its in a large hanger/building with a glass wall/door at the front BUT from the glass wall you can only see the rear of the aircraft.
Once inside you can walk round and under the aircraft and there is a raised walkway at about cockpit height.
As for getting a picture of your bike with the plane - forget it.
We asked (several years ago) and whilst the glass door can be opened it take about a week to dismantle and the SR71 is more or less a 'static' exhibition piece.
