Four Idiots Abroad

Well three actually, but I 've classed myself as one just to make the three of them feel a bit better if you know what I mean ? :thumbsup)

Tomorrow morning at Silly O'clock I will be meeting Ramo, The Sherrif of Nottingham, at Wetherby Services. Barsteward will be getting lost twixt Todmorden and Lockerbie even though the M6 is pretty much a fekkin straight road and Jono ( the third proper idiot) will be sat on his fat arse waiting for us to arrive at his gaff. From there we will be heading up to the Scottish Highlands and return on Sunday. It is bound to end, sorry, I mean start with disaster. Just has to. Watch this space.

If I sound a little bitter and twisted its because Im mortally wounded by the blatant rejection ... is there no one else just a little bit miffed that they havent been invited also ??


I think my only alternative is to move south and take Simmo up on his offer ... or buy a BMW and join an Honorable forum..

No doubt they will be along shortly posting up their first day adventures but I will stand by my beliefs and will not read them :roll)

Well. A quick hello and to say we're all back safe and sound. Today, Monday, I dunno about the rest, but it's a bit of wind-down day, wash the clothes and hang em out, dry the waterproofs and the sodden gloves and jackets 'n' trousers cos yes, we got "a bit" wet. That is a slight understatement because Saturday got bad and Sunday got fekkin badder than a bad thing with rain.........all the way back really, until we hit Lancaster on the M6. So much rain :bigcry: :banghead)


Mind you...the first three days were absolutely astounding weather wise and we all had a fantastic time. The roads, weather, scenery and traffic free country were surreal. peeps up there said we were very fortunate as it aint often that EVERY mountaintop could be seen.

But as I say...today is rest day, but we'll soon get some pics up ( we have plenty !) and a bit of a write up with some routes.

What a fookin awesome trip. Cheers to Barsteward, Jono and Ramo for making it what it was. :clap:

Well I'm sat in the Old Grey Mare Manchester after having two medical type appointments today so now I can relax for an hour before using my Bus Pass to get home. I'll then start sorting out my photos and vids out to post up for all exept Old Bull cos he ain't going to look cos he's not a member of the secret northern bikers ruffty tuffty club :mrgreen:
Membership only open to slim handsome fookers and he falls short of the mark on both counts. :D

Ohh, and the reason "mobile" it is not enabled is because I have copy written music embedded in the video and as such am not able to enable it. clever coont :mrgreen:
