Think the open invitation above to all Ixxra members put aj off. Something about an old war wound flaring up.....

Anyway, I went. As it happens, Genie's is closed Mon and Tues, so I had to make do with the other chippy in town.

Apart from the main road thru Newtown, there wasn't much traffic all day, so I had a glorious ride. Leominster - Crossgates- Newtown - A44 and B4343 to Devils Bridge - B4343 to Lampeter- A482 to Llandovery- A40 back to Ross and Monmouth.

As Capt Mainwaring would have said "I was waiting to see when someone spotted that".

Yep, got me days mixed. Bank Hol weeks usually throw me out. A really useful attribute for a chauffeur eh?

Anyway, the bird handled beautifully with new bearing and fork oil.

You have a PM Tim
