Right then. After much planning and organising, The Boxing Day Bimble in the Peak District will start from Kostas in Matlock at 11.00 a.m. whether Kostas is open or not. Mr Majestic is this years Road Captain and I shall be Tail End Charlie. Please ensure you arrive with full tanks and an item of Higher Vizi. We will be strictly implementing the Drop Off Systematic and sticking to all indicated speed limits. No transgressions will be tolerated. We will ride behind the Road Captain in a staggered formation and the full 40 mile route as highlighted in the GPS file that has been sent out should be achievable in the 5 hours of daylight.

Hope to see you all.

So far there's me, Mr Majestic, Cyclops and Bluegas

It's been a very very long time since I've witnessed verbal diarrhea in such vast quantities on one thread :sick)
You have my utmost respect as it makes some of Fat Berts Bullshit pale into insignificance!

Many thanks for your appreciation of my diatribic shite. Always nice to see someone with good taste and an appreciation of the finer things in life such as high quality verbose utter shite like the above as well as this post.

(The Peak Bimble was a great success and I'm sure a full rideout report will be published shortly. As a taster I must say how magnificent the thick fog up on the Cat and Fiddle was. I'm sure Bluegas will have been more than impressed with the 20 foot visibility and will take back with him to Peterborough, wonderful memories of seeing absolutely fook all up on the tops.) We really must do this again, hopefully next time in a fukkin blizzard.

''Twas a splendid day. I particularly enjoyed Monsal Head, I'll be sure to return there and take in the viaduct in more detail. I'm up for the Cat'n fiddle in a blizzard but it'll be in me nice warm van.......didn't even know we we did the Cat'n fiddle either :-(
The sight of those young lady's on 'orse back attending the...ahem... "fox hunt"..still lingers though.....

Yep was nice to get out and blow a few cobwebs away,

you're right John we didn't ride the cat and fiddle, it was Axe Edge moor area where we hit the fog,

but in fairness to the coont on the panzer,
having no lights he probably didn't know where we'd been when we hit the fog :shock)
twas nice to meet up, especially this time of year when things are quiet
