Good thanks, Tim. Not posting much on any forums at the moment. Spending most of my energy looking at a replacement for the bird . Unfortunately, I cant do the cramped riding style any more because of my knee and ankle (and cant use footpeg lowerers or bar risers etc because of the German TÜV laws ).
Have tried a few bikes, and feel that the "adventure" style bike would be best for my leg.
So far I've tried a 2004 BMW 1200GS - hated it from the start, Kawasaki Versys 1000, - had 2 test rides, 1st time it just felt , tried it again, as it is VERY comfy, and i sooo wanted to like it, but only succeeded in finding more things i didn't like about it .
Want to try a TDM, but ones for sale here are about as rare as posts on this forum , the same for Triumph Tigers.

Yes, the site is up, and yes, I am grateful to the admin team who will have worked very hard to get it back up again...
If you read my original post on BIRD, you would see I posted "momentarily", and was just an observation on circumstances.
Thanks for your namecalling & slagging off, its appreciated.

I read your original post on the Dark Side where you couldn't be arsed to name the site that was down and then I read the other post when you said it was STILL down and laughed about it in a sneering malevolent sorta way. I did not like that or the tone, hence the namecalling and slagging off that followed, which I thought was very appropriate .
